me and three fraternity brothers on a spring break road trip to Daytona.. in my ’69 VW.
I went on car trips in college during which we had to make rules about farting. Mostly in favor of them.
How do I know who that is? RIP
Ah, but you’re wrong. The worst offender was Billy, who is still with us. His snoring was loud, but it was so constant so that after a while I was able to sleep through it. At maybe three in the morning, though, he farted so loudly that I not only woke up but also almost hit my head on the ceiling.
Never had the pleasure? of sleeping with Billy but did with Harry many times with many sleepless nites.
I think Harry was the main reason everyone slept in their car with the windows rolled up during the Sunday Morning Group’s legendary golf-course sleepover.
